What a mobile blood draw costs in Atlanta
Every mobile blood draw has two separate charges: what TeQuaidas charges to come to you and collect the specimen, and what the performing lab charges to run the test. Confusing the two is the number one source of billing surprises, so here is the plain version.
Charge 1 — the TeQuaidas collection fee
This fee covers the licensed phlebotomist's travel inside our metro Atlanta service radius, all supplies, labeling, and compliant specimen transport. It is charged once per visit, not per tube, and it is paid at booking.
- $35 — partner-lab draws routed to Quest, Labcorp, or Rupa Health.
- $40 — specialty kit collections (TruAge, genomic, and other kit-based assays).
- $65 — standard mobile draw, including direct-access orders outside our partner-lab routing.
Charge 2 — the lab's test fee
Quest, Labcorp, Mayo, or the specialty lab bills for running the panel. If your provider ordered the test and it is medically necessary, that claim usually goes to your insurance under your normal lab benefit. If you bought a direct-access panel from our test menu, the test price is shown up front with no insurance involved.
Add-ons that change the total
- STAT or same-day routing carries a premium over the standard collection fee.
- Additional patients drawn at the same address during one visit are billed per collection, not per trip.
- Specimen pickup and courier service is priced separately for clinics and practices.
How to pay
We accept cards, HSA, and FSA at checkout, and promotion codes can be entered on the payment screen. You receive an itemized receipt by email, which is what you submit if your plan administrator allows reimbursement of the collection fee.
